Nicolas Raute acts solely in his capacity as the Legal Representative and authorized agent of GESTRAL SAS. All products, services, and content are provided exclusively by the corporate entity, GESTRAL SAS. Any reference to "Nicolas Raute" within the context of the Sites or services—including those marketed under his name—shall be understood as a reference to him acting on behalf of the company and not in his individual capacity. 3. Automation and CRM: GOPLUS / Go High Level.

4. Payments and Educational Platforms: Stripe, PayPal, and Xperiencify.

Future Providers: GESTRAL reserves the right to integrate new tools or substitute current providers with similar ones to improve service quality. Such changes do not require individual notification, provided they maintain the security standards described herein.

Tracking Technologies and Server-Side Tracking
The user acknowledges and consents to the use of the following technologies:
